  • The Director of Mobilization is responsible for the functions of Student Mobilization which exists to mentor future long-term missionaries. The Student Mobilizer is also responsible for promoting short-term mission trips and internships among high school and college students, processing students pursuing service with Nextwave and managing student relationships by serving as a mentor to students in important life and ministry decisions.

  • Your role on the team is to help us connect with the Arabic-speaking community and provide ways to serve them and share the gospel with them.

    • Fluency in Arabic required

    • Partner with Middle Eastern ethnic churches and networks

    • Recruit the next generation from the Middle Eastern diaspora

    • Plan and organize compassion ministry to refugees and asylum-seekers from the Middle East

    • Teach and train on cross-cultural ministry to Arabic-speaking peoples

    • Equip students and churches on gospel-sharing strategies for Muslims

  • As a member of our Area Outreach Team in Nashville, you will be living in proximity to a several refugee and immigrant communities. Your task is to help us reach the unreached who have been resettled in the Nashville area. This is a team role so you will be living and working alongside other staff. You will also be helping to coach and train high school and college students who come to be trained in cross-cultural gospel ministry.
